Are you Ready for a NEW Challenge?

Hey Guys! It's Bree. I'll be helping host the challenge this week.

Do you guys love a good sketch? I know I do.

So I created this little one just for my Story Matters Girls.

Yup! I'm talking to you!

So here's the sketch!

I love my May kit so much, that I am almost completely out of it.

And this is a great sketch for using some little pieces or scraps.

So check out my interpretation of ht sketch!

I created a 12x12 Layout to share.

I am really trying to challenge myself to use more journalling,

and that's something us Story Matter Girls love to encourage.

So I not only created my own journalling box,

I also added strip journalling around the entire layout.

Tania created a beautiful card using the sketch.

I love versatility of this kit!

And could we possibly start with anyone more fabulous than the amazing, Lisa Truesdell {aka gluestickgirl}! We're so excited, can't you tell!

Lisa Truesdell lives in Omaha, NE, in a midtown neighborhood filled with big trees and old houses. When her mother started scrapbooking, Lisa was surprised to see how far the hobby had come, and quickly fell in love with a craft that allowed her to experiment with color & patterns, words and photographs. She's now been scrapbooking for 5 years and her pages are detailed and whimsical. She loves to mix and layer bits of patterned paper with lots of sewing. Lisa finds inspiration in quilt patterns and decor magazines, and strives to record the small moments in her family's life that would otherwise be forgotten.
Lisa has been married to Matthew for 12 years and is a stay-at-home mom to their three boys - Alex, Ben and Sam. When she's not making pages or chasing her boys, she is slowly teaching herself to use her sewing machine on fabric. She also subscribes to too many magazines and is useless from the moment she starts a new book until she finishes it.
Lisa was a Creating Keepsakes Honorable Mention winner in 2006, and has had her work featured in BHG Scrapbooks Etc, Creating Keepsakes, Simple Scrapbooks, Scrapbook Trends, Scrapbook and Cards Today and Cards Magazine. She currently designs for Studio Calico and Fiskars.

I love to find inspiration from magazines, newspaper articles, clothing, etc. I have a box on my scrap desk that I keep them in so they are easy to sift through if I need a creative boost. {A binder would work great also...maybe someday I'll be that organized.}

If you subscribed, say, on the 10th, your kit will ship when your subscription pays.
Pick-up will be available on the day your subscription payment is made also...
